We are now looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to organize our team, keep processes running in the background and support our management.

Digital start-up center of the Ingolstadt region GmbH is looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to start the position soonest possible.

Your tasks

  • You support the management with administrative tasks, prepare meetings and keep an eye on important deadlines
  • You are the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, coordinate appointments and ensure smooth processes
  • You take care of contract documents, reports and presentations and keep the management up to date constantly
  • You are actively involved in projects, maintain an overview of processes and ensure that everything runs efficiently
  • You prepare trade fair appearances or panel discussions and provide support at events relating to start-ups, innovation and digitalization

Requirements

  • You are structured, keep an overview and can balance several tasks at the same time
  • You are confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders - from startups and investors to corporate partners
  • You work independently, pragmatically and are keen to lend a hand in a dynamic environment
  • It would be advantageous if you have already gained experience in a similar position or in a related industry
  • Flexibility, team spirit and a desire for innovation are a matter of course for you
  • You are open to digital tools and technologies and can quickly adapt to new topics
  • You handle confidential information professionally and are a reliable person for management
  • You know your way around Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Co. and for you Monday is a tool and not a day of the week
