Digital start-up center of the Ingolstadt region GmbH is looking for a Project Assistant (m/f/d) to start the position soonest possible.
Your tasks
- You will work closely with the team, carry out research tasks, prepare documents and keep track of ongoing projects
- You support the identification of new start-ups, coordinate initial meetings and help with administrative support
- You will help organize and document test flights, coordinate with Airbus and WTD61 and maintain the flight calendar
- You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings with partners and authorities and provide support with internal and external communication
- You will help with the planning, organization and implementation of events such as hackathons, pitch days or trade fairs.
Requirements
- You keep an overview, organize yourself well and work reliably
- You don't have to be an engineer, but you should be keen to familiarize yourself with technical topics relating to drone technology
- You are fascinated by future technologies - whether for civilian or military applications
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and are not afraid to approach people
- Experience in the Bundeswehr or with defense issues is a plus, but not a must
- You are flexible, curious and keen to work in a dynamic environment
- You can present information in an understandable way and are confident in dealing with emails and presentations, including in English
